I love the uniqueness off all these flowers. They are inspired by Georgia O'Keefe's close up flowers. The students had fun designing and painting their flowers.

Big Colorful Sunflowers! by Second Grade
For this artwork, instead of using traditional sunflower colors, the students got to choose whichever colors they liked to paint in their big 12" x 18" sunflowers! Here are some of the finished pieces.

Second Grade Snakes
My awesome second graders made these slithering snakes in art class. They were inspired by Deep Space Sparkle's rainforest lesson. They did a great job controlling their watercolor paints! Check out some of their work. Nice painting, kids!
