"Glue & Pastel Harvest" by Sixth Grade

     The sixth grade students created this cool artwork by drawing their objects in pencil on 12" x 18" black construction paper, then going over those pencil lines with a bead of white glue. After the glue dried, they colored in the fruit and veggies with oil pastels and then shaded and highlighted each piece with black (shading) and white (highlighting). They then went over each piece of fruit with color to blend in the black and white oil pastel.

I love the way they came out...
